Snap Cadence does not collect, sell or share any personal data. Everything you create in the app stays on your device.
What the app stores on your device

None of this is sent to us or anyone else. We don't run servers that receive app data, and the app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
Camera and photo library
The camera is used only when you tap Camera in the Wristband Vault to photograph a wristband card, whiteboard or call sheet. The photo library is opened only when you tap Photo Library, and the app only receives the photo you pick. Photos are saved inside the app's own storage on your device and are never uploaded.
Notifications
If you turn on practice reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device at the time you choose. They are created by the app itself; no push notification service and no server is involved. You can turn them off at any time in Settings or in the iOS Settings app.
Voice and sound
Cadence calls are spoken with Apple's built-in on-device speech voices. The app does not use the microphone and does not record audio.
Web pages inside the app
Some playbook entries link to further reading on Wikipedia. Those pages open inside the app in a private web view that keeps no cookies or history after it closes. When you open one, Wikipedia receives the standard information any website receives (such as your IP address), under the Wikimedia Foundation privacy policy.
Tracking
Snap Cadence does not track you across apps or websites and does not use the advertising identifier.
Children
The app is suitable for players of all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
Use Settings → Reset progress to erase your sessions, badges, cadences, saved calls and vault photos. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
